摘要
对于无旋轴对称流动以及紧支撑的初始涡量，我们证明了涡量最大值增长的 上界，该上界由 Childress [Phys. D, 2008] 猜想，并得到 Childress--Gilbert--Valiant [J. Fluid Mech. 2016] 数值计算的支持。关键在于通过动能以及涉及涡量的守恒量来估计速度最大值。
