我们找到了 $3 \leq n \leq 8$ 时 $n$ 穿孔圆盘上伪阿诺索夫辫子的最小膨胀率。这涵盖了Song-Ko-Los（ $n=4$ ）和Ham-Song（ $n=5$ ）的结果。证明是初等的，并使用了Lefschetz公式。
