摘要
本文研究了一类受耗散与高斯型随机扰动作用的模型保守系统。原保守系统具有连续的稳态集合，因此是退化的。我们刻画了当扰动参数趋于零时模型系统的长时间极限。该模型系统中的退化性带有某些偏微分方程中（例如与湍流问题相关的方程）所出现的一些特征。
