摘要
我们考虑具有负边界参数的磁Robin拉普拉斯算子。在某一类特定区域中，我们证明在固定周长约束下，只要磁场强度适中，圆盘使基态能量最大化。这类区域特别包含：所有经平移可含于同周长圆盘内的区域，以及所有凸中心对称区域。
