摘要
我们研究具有Neumann边界条件和均匀磁场的二维外部区域磁拉普拉斯算子。对于圆的外部区域，我们在弱磁场极限下建立了低特征值的精确渐近公式。对于星形外部区域，我们在弱场极限下获得了最低特征值上的渐近上界，涉及4时刻矩，且在圆的情况下最为优化。此外，我们证明了在适中磁场下，圆的外部区域是在p时刻约束下最低特征值的局部最大化器。
