摘要

本注记表明，若将 Lur'e 互联系统集合提升至 Kronecker 结构，则著名的 R. O'Shea、G. Zames 和 P. Falb 乘子绝对稳定性检验是必要且充分的，并给出了一种构造失稳静态非线性的显式方法。
