关于异聚物模型中折叠链扩散时间演化的研究

摘要

本文通过 Iori 等人的异聚物模型从数学上描述蛋白质折叠特征的时间演化。更具体地，我们确认折叠氨基酸链按照幂律 $D \sim t^{\nu}$ 演化。当 Lennard-Jones 势中耦合常数的随机性增加时，幂指数 $\nu$ 从 $0.\overline{66}$ 下降至 $0.5$ 。
