摘要
不可压缩 Navier-Stokes-Maxwell 系统（含螺旋 Ohm 定律）可视为两流体不可压缩 Navier-Stokes-Maxwell 系统的亚渐近极限，当动量传递系数趋于零时成立（见 [1]，Ars\'enio, Ibrahim and Masmoudi，Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal.，2015）。本文采用频率包络思想，对此极限进行严格证明且不损失正则性。
