我们引入 Proudman-Taylor 模型的随机版本，该模型是三维 Navier-Stokes 方程的二维三分量流体近似，其中小尺度湍流由输运-拉伸噪声建模。对于该模型，我们可以严格地取缩放极限，得到一个在大尺度上具有附加黏性的确定性模型。在缺乏镜像对称的某些噪声选择下，我们识别出一种 AKA 效应。这是首个具有三维结构和拉伸噪声项的例子。
