摘要
本文研究一类由常数矩阵描述的线性形变力的热稳态玻尔兹曼方程动力学模型。所考虑的碰撞核包含 Maxwell 分子以及带角截断的一般硬势。当形变强度足够小时，我们通过扰动方法构造了光滑稳态解。该稳态解是空间齐次的非 Maxwellian 态，且在大速度处可能具有多项式尾。此外，我们还建立了环面上相应空间非齐次方程 Cauchy 问题趋于稳态的长时间渐近性，这进而给出了稳态解的非负性。
