摘要
我们考虑循环群上区间内的振荡函数和，群的大小接近于群阶的平方根。我们首先对长度略大于该平方根的区间（在某种意义下弥合“波利亚-维诺格拉多夫间隙”）证明了有界函数且具有有界傅里叶变换的非平凡估计。然后我们证明，在平方根界略下方的范围内存在非平凡估计这一性质在离散傅里叶变换下是稳定的，并给出了与有限域上迹函数相关的应用。
