摘要
在 Behrndt、Holzmann 和 Stenzel 近期的一篇论文中，他们引入了一类沿光滑曲线具有斜传输条件的二维薛定谔算子。我们将这一分析的绝大部分内容扩展到了 Lipschitz 曲线的情形。
