我们考虑带Hardy势的分数阶Laplacian，并研究由该算子生成的齐次 Sobolev空间尺度。除广义和反向Hardy不等式外，分析依赖于一个Hörmander乘子定理，该定理对构建基本的Littlewood–Paley理论至关重要。结果推广了近期在中获得的结果，但由于相关热核的缓慢衰减，一般不覆盖负耦合常数。
