在此我们旨在完成关于函数域 Mordell-Lang 猜想的模型论描述，避免诉诸扎里斯基几何的二分定理，这里我们考虑半阿贝尔簇的一般情形。主要结果是利用模型论工具将半阿贝尔情形归约为阿贝尔情形。
