摘要
本文研究三维 Stokes 方程具记忆项的零可控性。对任意正的终时 ,我们构造了初始条件,使得即使控制在整个边界上作用,零可控性也不成立。此外,我们还证明了这一否定性结果对分布控制同样成立。
