分数阶系统的李雅普诺夫函数与稳定性分析

摘要
本研究针对由某些特定函数定义的无奇异核分数阶导数给出了新的估计。基于所得不等式，我们给出了一种用于建立分数阶系统平衡点全局稳定性的有效方法，并推广了文献中的若干工作。最后，我们将结果应用于证明一类具有一般发生率的分数阶SEIR模型的全局稳定性。
