室温下 Fe/MgO/Si 横向自旋阀中的局域磁阻

摘要
报道了二端方案中的室温局域磁阻。通过采用 1.6 nm 厚的 MgO 隧道势垒，提高了自旋注入效率，从而产生了巨大的非局域磁阻。在室温下，非局域磁阻的幅值估计为 0.0057 ohm。因此，即使在室温下，局域磁阻测量中也观察到了清晰的矩形信号。我们还通过分别测量每个接触的自旋积累电压，研究了局域磁阻的起源。
