GaAs/AlGaAs 异质结中横向定义的自由悬浮量子点

摘要
我们从 GaAs/AlGaAs 异质结中制备了包含二维电子系统的自由悬浮梁。利用金属顶栅横向定义了量子点接触和（双）量子点。我们通过输运谱学研究了这些纳米结构的电子性质。自由悬浮纳米结构中可调谐的局域电子态是研究电子 - 声子相互作用的有力工具。
