我们给出经典Balian-Bloch迹公式的一个严格版本,即对有界光滑平面域上Dirichlet Laplacian的(正则化)预解式围绕周期反射射线的半经典展开。它等价于谱与闭测地线之间的Poisson关系(或波迹公式)。我们主要将其视为显式计算波迹不变量的计算工具。其有效性将在本系列后续文章中通过证明具体的反谱结果加以说明。
