单核壳 GaAs-AlGaAs 纳米线的成像与光学性质

摘要
我们使用显微光致发光和空间分辨光致发光成像技术研究了单根核壳 GaAs-AlGaAs 纳米线（通过 VLS 方法生长）的光学性质。我们观察到纳米线在发射和激发方面具有大的线性偏振各向异性。
