通过化学气相沉积合成石墨烯及卷对卷工艺转移

摘要

我们通过化学气相沉积(CVD)在镍箔上合成了厘米级单层到少层石墨烯(FLG)薄膜。我们证明了在镍体系中,析出机制可能并非CVD形成石墨烯的唯一重要机制,并且控制CVD过程中的冷却速率可能不是控制石墨烯薄膜厚度的合适方法。此外,我们首次展示了通过高效的卷对卷工艺将厘米级FLG从镍箔转移到透明柔性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基底上。与刚性基底相比,在柔性镍箔上合成石墨烯使得采用卷对卷转移工艺成为必要。
