摘要
我们在大气压和 1000 {\deg}C 条件下,采用化学气相沉积(CVD)法,以柔性铜基底为催化剂、液态己烷为碳源,制备了多层石墨烯。我们设计了一种光学装置来测量碳膜的透射率;根据此信息,我们计算出其近似层数为 11 层。
