摘要
处于稳态生长的增殖细胞群通常表现出具有指数尾部的宽蛋白分布。这种变化的来源及其普适性具有重要的理论意义。在此，我们通过种群平衡方程的渐近分析来解决这一问题。我们表明，稳态分布的尾部由蛋白质产生和细胞分裂的组合决定，且对模型的其他细节不敏感。在一般条件下，该尾部呈指数分布，其参数依赖性与实验一致。我们讨论了该效应主导其他变化来源的条件及其与实验的关系。
