摘要
考虑了蛋白质协同热变性的有限尺寸效应。一个无量纲的协同性度量Ω按N^ζ标度，其中N是氨基酸数量。令人惊讶的是，我们发现ζ是普适的，ζ = 1 + γ，其中指数γ表征自回避行走的磁化率发散。我们的晶格模型模拟和实验数据与理论一致。我们的发现合理化了蛋白质的边际稳定性，并证实了先前的预测，即双态蛋白质的有效折叠需要折叠转变温度接近塌缩温度。
