摘要
我们表明,由于非磁性势的散射,拓扑绝缘体表面上铁磁排列的磁杂质所诱导的能隙可被填充。在连续表面模型和三维紧束缚晶格模型中,我们发现即使在弱势散射下能隙也会消失,因为杂质共振在狄拉克点增加了谱权重。这有助于解释关于能隙是否存在看似矛盾的实验结果。
