量子点接触中电子 g 因子的增强机制

摘要
通过源-漏偏压谱在量子点接触中测得的电子 g 因子显著大于其在二维电子气中的值。这一增强在众多实验研究中已确立，是一个突出的谜题。在本工作中，我们在考虑电子-电子相互作用的理论中解释了这种增强的机制。我们表明该效应关键依赖于有限偏压下谱测量的非平衡性质。
