摘要
我们演示了通过单层 (ML) 单晶六方氮化硼 (h-BN) 从铁磁体向双层石墨烯 (BLG) 进行电自旋注入。利用微机械剥离和干法转移技术制备了 Ni81Fe19/ML h-BN/BLG/h-BN 结构。跨越 ML h-BN 层的输运特性表现出隧道势垒特征。通过非局域磁阻测量检测到了向 BLG 的自旋注入。
