摘要
本文在温和条件下给出了离散马尔可夫链弱收敛到度量测度空间上对称跳跃过程的紧性和弱收敛的一般准则。作为应用，我们研究了一大类对称跳跃过程的离散逼近。我们还讨论了我们的结果在随机电导中随机游走的标度极限中的一些应用。
