摘要
我们研究了Vlasov-Maxwell-Boltzmann系统强解在初始数据接近全局麦克斯韦分布时的扩散极限。通过引入一种新的解分解方法来识别产生初始层的关键分量，我们基于谱分析证明了VMB系统的经典解到Navier-Stokes-Maxwell系统解的收敛性，并建立了最优收敛速率。
