单调布尔函数的偏差不等式及其在随机图 k-圈数上的应用

摘要
利用离散立方 {0,1}^m 上的 Talagrand 集中不等式，我们证明：给定 {0,1}^m 上的实值函数 Z(x)，若满足特定单调性条件，则可用 Z(x) 在点 x 处的局部 Lipschitz 范数控制 Z(x) 高于其中位数的偏差。作为一个应用，我们给出随机图中 k-圈数近乎最优的偏差不等式的一个简单证明。
