摘要
受限等距性质（RIP）是压缩感知中重要的矩阵条件，但迄今为止最佳的矩阵构造仍依赖随机性。本文利用勒让德符号的伪随机性质，减少了具有伯努利条目的 RIP 矩阵所需的随机比特数。在这方面，勒让德符号并非特例——我们的主要结果自然地推广到任何小偏差样本空间。我们还猜想，对于基于勒让德符号的构造，无需任何随机比特。
