二维和三维准周期系统的电导率

摘要
引入了 Aubry-Andre 模型在二维和三维中的推广，该推广允许在准周期位点势之外还存在准周期跳跃项。这对应于周期性主晶格内的间隙杂质阵列。由此产生的模型可以精确求解，我计算了态密度和交流电导率。与完全无序系统不同，这里没有迁移率边，但常规的交流电导率和显著降低的 Drude 权重表明，当费米能量从中心移动到带边时，出现了安德森转变的前兆。
