在两篇近期论文（\textit{Mathematical Research Letters,18(6):1163--1178,2011} 和 \textit{European J. Combin.,33(8):1913--1918,2012}）中，Feigin 证明了退化旗簇的 Poincar\'e 多项式可以通过 Dellac 构型进行组合解释，并主要通过几何考量将其与 Han 和 Zeng 引入的 扩展归一化中值 Genocchi 数 联系起来。在本文中，我们通过构造 Dellac 构型与 的另外两种组合模型之间的保统计量双射，给出了这些结果的组合证明。
