摘要
我们对射影三维空间中余维1且次数为3的分布进行了分类，给出了切丛可能的 Chern 类，并描述了该分布奇异方案的零维和一维分量。此外，我们利用切丛稳定性的概念，证明了此类分布的模空间的存在性并对其进行了描述。
