共情能否影响人类对机器人心理状态归因?

摘要
本文提出一项实验研究,表明人形机器人 NAO 在一种已被验证可引发人类对之情境共情的条件下,能够刺激对其自身心理状态的归因。事实上,结果显示,当机器人因故障而害怕丢失记忆时,参与者不仅对 NAO 产生了共情,而且相较于控制组中的用户,他们在心理状态归因问卷中给予了机器人情绪智力更高的评分。这一结果暗示了人类对机器人的共情与对其心理状态归因之间可能存在相关性。
