研究了当耗散隧穿引入系统时莫特绝缘体的破坏。通过精确求解一维非对称哈伯德模型，我们展示了这种莫特绝缘体破坏是如何发生的。随着隧穿效应的增强，哈伯德能隙单调减小并最终消失，导致绝缘体-金属转变。我们讨论了这一量子相变的起源，并与近期研究的其他非厄米系统进行了比较。
