摘要

我们推导了对应于带有加性 tempered-stable L\'{e}vy 噪声项的随机 Langevin 方程的空间分数阶 Fokker-Planck 方程完整时间依赖性的解析解。漂移项推广为空间线性，但可包含任意时间依赖性，使得即便对确定性系统也不存在稳态解。
