亚马逊的Alexa现已广泛可用，并作为托管面向儿童的计算机辅助语言学习（CALL）游戏的平台展现出有趣的潜力。在本文中，我们描述了一项初步的非正式实验，其中我们创建了一些简单的CALL游戏并提供给若干儿童测试者。我们报告了儿童与家长的反应。我们的总体结论是，尽管Alexa具有许多积极特性，当前版本中仍存在根本性的平台问题，使得构建引人入胜的面向儿童的CALL游戏非常困难。所用游戏将很快在Alexa商店免费提供下载。
