摘要
通过发展乘子法,我们建立了保证半空间上拉普拉斯算子在变复 Robin 边界条件下完全无特征值的充分条件。作为该技术的进一步应用,在相同位势假设下导出了一致的预解估计。其中部分结果即使在自伴情形也是新的,我们在该情形得到了量子力学上自然的条件。
