兼具高均匀性与高光谱纯度的位置可控量子点系统

摘要
本文报道了通过金属有机气相外延在金字塔形凹坑中生长的、具有GaAs势垒的位置可控InGaAs量子点的光学特性。我们发现，量子点集合中激子发射的非均匀展宽异常窄，标准差为1.19 meV，并且单个量子点发射线的光谱纯度非常高（18-30 μeV），这与其他位置可控系统形成对比。
