摘要
我们研究了三层光学波导，并提出了一种利用 m 线光谱技术同时测量各层折射率和厚度的方法。我们建立了三层波导的模态色散方程，并描述了一种求解这些方程的数值方法。通过含噪数据的数值模拟评估了该方法的精度，并利用置于两层 ZnO 之间的 PZT 薄膜进行了实验验证。
