维格纳时间延迟及相关概念——在相干导体输运中的应用

摘要
维格纳时间延迟和维格纳-史密斯矩阵的概念使得能够刻画量子散射过程的时间方面。本文综述了无序系统的维格纳时间延迟的统计性质；讨论了一维具有手征对称性的无序情况，并强调了与布朗运动指数泛函的关系。分析时间延迟统计的另一种方法是随机矩阵方法，我们从中综述了少量结果。作为一个实际例证，我们简要概述了由B\"uttiker及其合作者发展的非线性输运和交流输运理论，其中维格纳-史密斯时间延迟矩阵的概念是描述非平衡相干导体中屏蔽特性的核心要素。
