一类水波问题涉及在重力作用下将无粘、不可压缩且无旋流体与零密度区域分隔开来的自由界面的动力学。在本注记中，我们介绍了关于这些问题的局部与整体适定性的一些近期发展的方法和思想，重点在于方程的结构方面。
