Landau--Lifshitz--Bloch（LLB）方程是动态微磁学的一种表述，在所有温度下均有效，它处理了对于高温应用重要的横向与纵向弛豫分量。我们研究温度升至居里温度以上时的 LLB 方程。给出了弱解的存在性，并讨论了其正则性性质。由此，我们为当前尚缺失的 LLB 方程的严格理论奠定了基础。
