摘要
近年来，统计物理学家们发展出了基于离散“粒子跳跃”模型的车流模型，通常以细胞自动机的形式表述，类似于在外部电场中相互作用带电粒子的微观模型。非平衡统计力学的概念和技术正被用于理解这些所谓“微观”模型的稳态及其波动。在本简要综述中，我们主要为非专家解释了这些模型及其结果的物理意义。
