具备是非分类器与情感估计器的用户自适应旅游信息对话系统

摘要
我们介绍了为 2023 年对话机器人竞赛（DRC2023）开发的系统。首先，结合了基于规则的 utterance 选择和使用大型语言模型（LLM）的 utterance 生成。我们在确保系统 utterance 质量的同时，也能对意外的用户 utterance 做出响应。其次，通过考虑基于 BERT 的是非分类器和情感估计器的结果来控制对话流程。这使得系统能够根据用户调整状态转换和观光计划。
