基于提示话题控制与赞美生成的安卓客服对话系统

摘要
本文描述了一个为2023年对话机器人竞赛开发的对话系统，该系统通过使用ChatGPT-API在提示中插入文本来实现旅行规划的话题控制。我们构建的系统能够基于对用户外观的识别生成赞美，并通过从用户话语历史中提取关于用户偏好的知识来创建旅行计划。基于偏好的赞美和规划是维持客服质量所需的要素。在旅行社的实际门店进行了初步测试，真实客户体验并评估了该系统。该系统在初赛中获得第一名，并参加了决赛。初赛结果显示了所提出系统的有效性。
