摘要
我们推导了基数接近 Delsarte-Goethals-Seidel 界的球面上设计的势能上界。这些界是通过在合适节点上使用势函数的 Hermite 插值多项式进行线性规划得到的。数值计算表明，结果与某些能量下界相当接近，证实了球面上设计在某种意义上具有能量高效性。
