摘要
我们证明了平面上-1次齐次势的一个三阶可积性判据。然而，该判据依赖于某个整数，除非对于特征值有界的势族，否则无法直接应用。为解决此问题，我们对该判据进行带有误差控制的亚纯与渐近计算，并将其应用于形式为 V(r,θ)=r^{-1} h(exp(iθ)) 的势，其中 h 为次数小于3的多项式。我们随后找到了该形式下所有亚纯可积的势。
