摘要
我们从理论上研究了有机薄膜晶体管中的场效应迁移率。通过局域态间跳跃的渗流模型和晶体管模型，得到了场效应迁移率的解析表达式。该理论被应用于描述 Brown 等人 [Synth. Met. 88, 37 (1997)] 关于溶液加工非晶有机晶体管的实验，这些晶体管由聚合物（聚噻吩乙烯）和小分子（并五苯）制成。在栅压和迁移率的温度依赖性方面均获得了良好的一致性。
